5. In-Store Pickup
Customers may opt for free pickup from any of our retail stores (Rankin Plaza #1, Rankin Plaza #7, or City Plaza).
Pickup orders are usually ready within 24 hours.
Please collect your order within **5 business days** of notification.
6. Return & Exchange Policy
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Exclusions:
Opened or used perfumes/fragrances
Personal care/wearables (e.g., earbuds) once the packaging is opened
Final sale/clearance items
Faulty items will be repaired or replaced under warranty terms.
7. Warranty Policy
Electronics:
All electronics (e.g., smart gadgets, phones, smartwatches) come with a 7-day limited warranty covering manufacturer defects only.
This warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or misuse.
Products must be returned with the receipt and original packaging for a warranty claim.
Non-Electronic Items:
Non-electronic products (e.g., perfumes, jewelry, fashion accessories, cables ) are sold under a Check and Go” policy.
Customers are required to inspect these items at the time of purchase or delivery.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted once the item has left the store or been confirmed at delivery.
